Stillness
Porth Tyn Tywyn, Llanfaelog, Anglesey
The light was low, the sea slow, and my world was in perfect harmony. No-one on the beach other than me. A long exposure flattened the tide to a soft shimmer, while the clouds drifted silently across the sky, leaving only faint traces of colour and texture.
Holyhead is in the distance, a faded smudge in the haze. Even the sun seems unsure of itself — dim, patient, waiting to set.
Not a moment of drama. Just a quiet invitation to slow down, and stay a little longer in this favourite place.
