The Turning Point
Over time, people kept asking for advice. And for many years, I kept saying yes.
But eventually, I realised I couldn’t keep doing this one conversation at a time. At the same time, I didn’t want all that experience to simply… vanish.
I’ve reached a different stage in life. I now live in Snowdonia, where I write, hike, and take photographs.
Most people, when they step back, take their knowledge with them.
It fades into memory, or into notebooks no one ever opens again.
I didn’t want that to happen — not because I think my ideas are irreplaceable, but because letting good thinking disappear is a waste.
The Idea
I wanted to keep supporting people without the constant need to be available. That’s why I turned to Ai.
Some people are wary of it. Understandably.
But I’ve always been drawn to new ideas especially when they can work for us, not against us.
So I built a custom GPT called b2bAi and trained it on everything I’ve created — frameworks, strategies, real examples, and practical tools.
To create a virtual coach that’s useful, grounded, and always available.
Not a gimmick. Not a cheerleader. And definitely not a shouty “sales guru.”
Just thoughtful, proven advice that works in real situations.
What’s Inside
Much of what’s inside b2bAi was developed over the last 10–15 years.
It comes from real-world work in sales, strategy, and messaging.
Some of the examples may feel dated because they are.
The pace may have changed, the tools evolved, and the tech has accelerated. But the core ideas and still relevant, still useful and still true. Probably more so because there is hyper-competition in every market.
The goal is to uniquely solve a problem and provide exceptional service. Do that and you’ll win and build great long-term relationships.
Why I‘m Doing This
To be clear: this is not a business relaunch. I’m not “back” — and I’m not looking for consulting work.
This is about keeping the ideas alive. Making them shareable, useful and available.
