Evening Stillness

Caernarfon Bay

The tide had fallen back, revealing a long sandbar where birds gathered quietly — not flying, just waiting.

The light was fading gently, laying a soft wash of pink and lavender across the bay. Beyond it, the mountains sat in stillness, their tops holding the day’s snow like a memory.

There was barely a sound. Just the occasional ripple of water, the distant call of a gull, and the sense that nothing more was needed.
